About Me

Barbara Edwards grew up surrounded by music and started to play the piano and sing at a very early age. By the time Barbara was in her teens, she had performed on the main stages of Dublin Theatres and had gained a scholarship to the College of Music for Voice preceeding a prestigious stint as a Bunratty Singer, in the famous Bunratty Castle.

Now living in Donegal and married with four children, Barbara combines a busy schedule of performance and teaching with that of a full time mature student having returned to college in Autumn 2008 to further her music studies.

Specialising in Weddings, Barbara has an enviable catalogue of music to choose from. Whether it’s traditional, classical, religious or contemporary, a suitable programme can be compiled to cater for all tastes.
